I’ve designed a variety of cold water therapy sessions to suit your lifestyle and wellness goals:
Starting with self-confidence building, you’ll learn techniques and strategies around quieting the inner voice and using the power of gratitude, as well as the benefits of cold water therapy for each individual participant.
I’ll guide you in a group meditation using positive affirmations, breathwork and visualization. Each person will go on to have their dip – either with the encouragement of the others or just on your own if you prefer – following this with some time in the steam tent. Everyone will have a second dip and we’ll round off the day with hot drinks, cakes and biscuits!
Perfect for beginners, starting with confidence building and breathwork in the therapy room before a cold water dip, followed by a welcome hot drink!
For those with previous cold water therapy experience. Includes guided meditation and breathwork before cold water immersion.
